Before School

• Pick up my attendance folder from my mailbox in work room next to the office or it may already be on my back counter.

Morning Routine

1. Greet students at East Hardtop - class goes for a brief morning run with Mr. Mulcock’s class before entering school.
2. Check for any communication from home; then check plastic mail pouch at beginning of agenda for any other home communications. 
3. Take attendance and send to office with two students.
4. Commence Math Hour (All classes participate in Math Hour during Period 1) See Day Plans on Page One

School Announcements and O Canada

• School Announcements and O Canada are presented over the PA system at the start of Period 3 (approximately 11:25)

Afternoon Attendance

• Take attendance again at the start of Period 4 and send to office with two students.

End-of-Day Routine

1. Pack up agendas and have students get ready for home;
2. At 2:50 have bus students go to gym to join their bus line;
3. PLASP students wait in the hall while you escort walkers to East Hardtop exit for pick up by families at 3 o’clock.
